California High School Basketball - Long Beach Poly ripped by St. Anthony
November 15, 2023: Long Beach, CA 90813 The St. Anthony Saints basketball team scored 85 points and held the host Long Beach Poly Jackrabbits to 59 in the Saints non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Saints now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Paramount for a non-league contest on Monday, November 20. St. Anthony will battle a Pirates team coming off a 49-41 non-league loss to Compton (Compton, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 0-2.
The Jackrabbits (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Westchester (Los Angeles, CA). The Comets enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Westchester was routed by Foothill (Santa Ana, CA), 67-31, in a non-league contest.
