The Springdale Prep Lions basketball team scored 68 points and limited the host Central Carolina Prep Defenders to 35 in the Lions non-league triumph on Friday.

The Lions now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Charlotte Performance Institute for a non-league game on Saturday, November 16.

With the loss, Central Carolina Prep falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Defenders travel to Winston Salem Christian National (Winston-Salem, NC) to confront the Lions in a non-league game on Monday, November 18. The Lions go into the game with a record of 4-1. Winston Salem Christian National won 77-30 in their recent non-league game against Parris Prep Academy (Charlotte, NC)
