In Friday's non-league contest, the host Union Grove Lions basketball team scored a big 59-14 triumph over the King's Academy Knights.

The Lions (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Carlisle (Price, TX). The Indians go into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.

In their next game, the Knights battle the East Texas Homeschool Sports Chargers (Longview, TX) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, November 19. King's Academy will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Chargers go into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 79-31 non-league win over Trinity School of Texas (Longview, TX).
