With the victory, Monterey advances its record to 11-1 on the year. The Plainsmen travel to Lincoln (Dallas, TX) to meet the Tigers in a non-league match on Friday, November 15. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 10-0. Lincoln won 72-38 in their recent non-league match against San Marcos (San Marcos, TX)
The Longhorns now own a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mansfield Timberview for a non-league match on Tuesday, November 19. Cedar Hill will meet a Wolves squad coming off a 41-36 non-league win over Bishop Lynch (Dallas, TX). The Wolves record now stands at 6-6.
