In Friday's non-league contest, the host Fulshear Chargers basketball team scored a close 43-42 triumph over the Katy Tigers.

The Chargers (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Langham Creek (Houston, TX). The Lobos go into the non-league contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, Langham Creek was tipped by Tompkins (Katy, TX), 53-49, in a non-league contest.
