Greater Cabarrus Stallions Stallions (Concord, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Hickory Grove Christian Lions (Charlotte, NC), 34-33 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Greater Cabarrus Stallions upgrades its record to 1-3 on the year. The Stallions host Sugar Creek (Charlotte, NC) to face the Wildcats in a non-league match on Tuesday, November 19. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 2-1.

The Lions now sport a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Charlotte Christian for a non-league match on Tuesday, November 19. Hickory Grove Christian will face a Knights squad coming off a 38-36 non-league loss to SouthLake Christian Academy (Huntersville, NC). The Knights record now stands at 0-1.
