Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Charlotte Fightin' Tarpons (Punta Gorda, FL) and the visiting Island Coast Gators (Cape Coral, FL), saw Charlotte's soccer squad triumph over Island Coast by a count of 7-1.

The Fightin' Tarpons (5-0) will now prepare for their battle against Southeast (Bradenton, FL). The Seminoles enter the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Southeast nudged Manatee (Bradenton, FL), 1-0, in a non-league challenge.
