November 15, 2025: Cross Plains, TX 76443 In Saturday's non-league test, the Cross Plains Buffaloes (Cross Plains, TX) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Baird Bears (Baird, TX), by a score of 47-34.
The Buffaloes now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they host De Leon for a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 18.
The Bears (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Garner (Weatherford, TX). The Longhorns come into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Garner beat Lueders-Avoca (Avoca, TX), 47-27, in a non-league test.
