LEE Volunteers (San Antonio, TX) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Edinburg Bobcats (Edinburg, TX), 55-43 in a non-league contest.

The Volunteers (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Taft (San Antonio, TX). The Raiders go into the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Taft was topped by Brandeis (San Antonio, TX), 59-53, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Bobcats battle the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North Raiders (Pharr, TX) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, November 18. Edinburg will attempt to better on its 3-4 season record. The Raiders go into the contest with a 4-2 record after their 88-38 non-league win over Miller (Corpus Christi, TX).
