Texas High School Basketball - Palo Duro overwhelms Pinkston
November 15, 2025: Dallas, TX 75212 The Palo Duro Dons basketball team scored 79 points and limited the host Pinkston Vikings to 21 in the Dons non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Dons now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Estacado for a non-league game on Tuesday, November 18. Palo Duro will play a Matadors team coming off a 65-49 non-league win over Abernathy (Abernathy, TX). The Matadors record now stands at 1-2.
The Vikings (5-1) will now prepare for their test against Garland (Garland, TX). The Owls come into the non-league test with a 5-1 record. In their last test, Garland bounced Independence (Frisco, TX), 68-43, in a non-league test.
