The Kimball Knights basketball team scored 85 points and held the host Carter Cowboys to 78 in the Knights non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Knights now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rock Hill for a non-league contest on Friday, November 19. Kimball will battle a Blue Hawks team coming off a 45-42 non-league win over Lone Star (Frisco, TX). The Blue Hawks record now stands at 1-1.

The Cowboys (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Bishop Lynch (Dallas, TX). The Friars enter the non-league contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Bishop Lynch nudged Fort Worth Christian (North Richland Hills, TX), 58-50, in a non-league contest.
