Alabama High School Basketball - Donoho ripped by Munford
November 16, 2021: Anniston, AL 36207 The Munford Lions basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Donoho Falcons to 10 in the Lions non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Lions now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Weaver for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 18. Munford will battle a Bearcats team coming off a 63-37 non-league loss to Hokes Bluff (Hokes Bluff, AL). The Bearcats record now stands at 1-1.
The Falcons (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Horseshoe Bend (New Site, AL). The Generals enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Horseshoe Bend was routed by Dadeville (Dadeville, AL), 108-45, in a non-league contest.
