Cristo Rey Research Triangle Bulls (Durham, NC) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting St. Thomas More Academy Chancellors (Raleigh, NC), 56-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Cristo Rey Research Triangle upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Bulls host Durham Flight HomeSchool (Durham, NC) to play the Flight in a non-league bout on Monday, November 21. The Flight go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Chancellors play the Wake Prep Academy Guardians (Wake Forest, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 18. St. Thomas More Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Guardians go into the bout with a 0-4 record after their 68-18 non-league loss to Falls Lake (Creedmoor, NC).
