In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Northside Vikings basketball team scored a good 83-70 triumph over the Holy Savior Menard Eagles.

In their next game, the Vikings meet the Fairview Panthers (Grant, LA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, November 19. Northside will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 8-2 record after their 84-74 non-league win over Doyle (Livingston, LA).
