Florida High School Basketball - Horizon crushes Wekiva
November 15, 2022: Apopka, FL 32703 Horizon Hawks (Winter Garden, FL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Wekiva Mustangs (Apopka, FL), 49-11 in a league bout.
With the win, Horizon upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Hawks host East River (Orlando, FL) to play the Falcons in a bout on Thursday, December 1. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Mustangs play the Ocoee Knights (Ocoee, FL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 27. Wekiva will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
