November 16, 2022: Lindsay, TX 76250 Lindsay Knights (Lindsay, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Leon Cougars (Jewett, TX), 3-2 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Knights battle the Windthorst Trojans (Windthorst, TX) in a non-league match, on Friday, November 18. Lindsay will attempt to advance on its 39-9 season record. The Trojans come into the match with a 39-8 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Schulenburg (Schulenburg, TX).
With the loss, Leon drops to 45-6 on the campaign.
