Texas High School Basketball - Bowie nips Wilson
November 16, 2023: Dallas, TX 75214 Bowie Volunteers (Arlington, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Wilson Wildcats (Dallas, TX), 47-43 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Bowie upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Volunteers travel to Midlothian (Midlothian, TX) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, November 17. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Midlothian won 58-53 in their recent non-league bout against West Mesquite (Mesquite, TX)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Lincoln Tigers (Dallas, TX) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 20. Wilson will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 77-55 non-league loss to Newman Smith (Carrollton, TX).
