The Westmoreland Eagles basketball team scored 67 points and held the host Franklin Classical School Knights to 66 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Eagles now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Christian Community for a non-league contest on Friday, November 17. Westmoreland will battle a Colts team coming off a 48-45 non-league loss to Oak Ridge (Oak Ridge, TN). The Colts record now stands at 0-1.
