November 16, 2023: Sugar Land, TX 77498 KIPP Sunnyside (Houston, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host KIPP Journey Collegiate (Sugar Land, TX), 118-18 in a league bout.
With the win, KIPP Sunnyside upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The travel to Austin (Houston, TX) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 3-2.
Next up, the clash with the KIPP Houston Kerberos (Houston, TX) in a TCSAAL bout, on Friday, December 1. KIPP Journey Collegiate will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
