California High School Basketball - Simi Valley crushes Oxnard
November 16, 2023: Oxnard, CA 93030 Simi Valley Pioneers (Simi Valley, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Oxnard Yellowjackets (Oxnard, CA), 75-43 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Simi Valley upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Moorpark (Moorpark, CA) to play the Musketeers in a non-league bout on Friday, November 17. The Musketeers go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Moorpark won 66-51 in their recent non-league bout against Ventura (Ventura, CA)
Next up, the Yellowjackets play the Oaks Christian Lions (Westlake Village, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, November 18. Oxnard will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 61-46 non-league win over Rio Mesa (Oxnard, CA).
