November 16, 2023: Hardin, TX 77561 The Pineywoods Community Academy Timberwolves basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Hardin Hornets to 40 in the Timberwolves non-league victory on Thursday.
The Timberwolves now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carthage for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 16. Pineywoods Community Academy will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 64-27 non-league loss to Canton (Canton, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-1.
The Hornets (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Madisonville (Madisonville, TX). The Mustangs come into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Madisonville dropped by Fairfield (Fairfield, TX), 51-40, in a non-league contest.
