In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Jay County Patriots basketball team scored a good 57-38 triumph over the Hamilton Heights Huskies.

The Patriots (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Bellmont (Decatur, IN). The Braves go into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record.

In their next game, the Huskies confront the Lapel Bulldogs (Lapel, IN) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, November 19. Hamilton Heights will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record.
