Georgia High School Basketball - Union Grove nudges Morgan County

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Union Grove Wolverines (McDonough, GA) and the visiting Morgan County Bulldogs (Madison, GA), observed Union Grove's basketball team edge Morgan County by a score of 44-41.

The Wolverines (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Stockbridge (Stockbridge, GA). The Tigers come into the AAAA Region 2 challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Stockbridge was tipped by Creekside (Fairburn, GA), 65-39, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bulldogs encounter the Oconee County Warriors (Watkinsville, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 19. Morgan County will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 71-55 non-league win over Jackson County (Jefferson, GA).
