November 16, 2024: Norwich, CT 06360 Waterford Lancers (Waterford, CT) followers went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Norwich Free Academy Wildcats (Norwich, CT), 26-18 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Waterford advances its record to 2-1 on the season. The Lancers host East Lyme (East Lyme, CT) to play the Vikings in a non-league battle on Thursday, November 21. The Vikings go into the battle with a record of 0-2.
The Wildcats now own a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to New London for a non-league battle on Thursday, November 21. Norwich Free Academy will play a Whalers team coming off a 22-20 non-league win over Killingly (Killingly, CT). The Whalers record now stands at 1-2.
