California High School Basketball - Lutheran knocked off by Calvary Baptist
November 17, 2022: La Verne, CA 91750 The Calvary Baptist Cougars basketball team scored 61 points and held the host Lutheran Trojans to 50 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Cougars now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nogales for a non-league contest on Friday, November 18. Calvary Baptist will meet a Nobles team coming off a 55-49 non-league win over La Puente (La Puente, CA). The Nobles record now stands at 2-0.
The Trojans (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against River Springs Charter School (Temecula, CA). The Centurions enter the Tri-County Premier contest with a 0-0 record.
