Texas High School Basketball - Midway tops Cypress Ridge
November 17, 2022: Houston, TX 77041 Midway Panthers (Waco, TX) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Cypress Ridge Rams (Houston, TX), 53-35 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Midway upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Summer Creek (Houston, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 17. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 0-1. Summer Creek lost 63-50 in their recent non-league bout against Carter (Dallas, TX)
Next up, the Rams play the Jordan Warriors (Fulshear, TX) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, November 23. Cypress Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 64-52 non-league win over Pflugerville Connally (Austin, TX).
