Texas High School Basketball - Katy knocked off by Flour Bluff
November 17, 2022: Katy, TX 77494 The Flour Bluff Hornets basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Katy Tigers to 32 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Hornets now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Edinburg North for a non-league contest on Friday, November 18. Flour Bluff will battle a Cougars team coming off a 53-30 non-league win over McAllen (McAllen, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 1-1.
The Tigers (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Winn (Eagle Pass, TX). The Mavericks enter the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Winn ran past Juarez-Lincoln (La Joya, TX), 50-33, in a non-league contest.
