Tennessee High School Basketball - Scott holds off Marion County
November 17, 2022: Huntsville, TN 37756 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Scott Highlanders (Huntsville, TN) and the visiting Marion County Warriors (Jasper, TN), saw Scott's basketball squad hold off Marion County by a tally of 45-38.
With the victory, Scott improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Highlanders host Wartburg Central (Wartburg, TN) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Monday, November 21. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 0-2. Wartburg Central lost 77-52 in their recent non-league challenge against Monterey (Monterey, TN)
Next up, the Warriors confront the Grundy County Yellowjackets (Coalmont, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 29. Marion County will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record.
