Texas High School Basketball - Valley View holds off McKinney Christian Academy
November 17, 2022: Valley View, TX 76272 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Valley View Eagles (Valley View, TX) and the visiting McKinney Christian Academy Mustangs (McKinney, TX), saw Valley View's basketball squad hold off McKinney Christian Academy by a tally of 33-27.
With the victory, Valley View improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Alvord (Alvord, TX) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 6. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 3-2.
Next up, the Mustangs confront the Honey Grove Warriors (Honey Grove, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, November 18. McKinney Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 44-38 non-league win over Callisburg (Gainesville, TX).
