Missouri High School Basketball - Northwest crushes DeSoto

November 17, 2023: DeSoto, MO 63020

Northwest Lions (Cedar Hill, MO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host DeSoto Dragons (DeSoto, MO), 82-61 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Northwest upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Lions host Jefferson (Festus, MO) to clash with the Blue Jays in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 21. The Blue Jays go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Dragons clash with the West County Bulldogs (Leadwood, MO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. DeSoto will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
