The Prestonwood Christian Lions basketball team scored 56 points and held the host Brenham Cubs to 26 in the Lions non-league triumph on Friday.

The Lions now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cornerstone Christian for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 18. Prestonwood Christian will battle a Warriors team coming off a 57-36 non-league win over Calallen (Corpus Christi, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 10-1.

The Cubs (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Calallen (Corpus Christi, TX). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Calallen was routed by Cornerstone Christian (San Antonio, TX), 57-36, in a non-league contest.
