Cayuga Wildcats (Cayuga, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Mercy Prep Academy Royals (Waxahachie, TX), 40-3 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Cayuga upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Wildcats host Buffalo (Buffalo, TX) to clash with the Bison in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 18. The Bison go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Buffalo lost 39-36 in their recent non-league bout against Trinity Christian Academy (Paris, TX)

Next up, the Royals clash with the Trinity Christian Academy Warriors (Paris, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 17. Mercy Prep Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
