Arkansas High School Basketball - Melbourne tipped by Sheridan
November 17, 2023: Sheridan, AR 72150 The Sheridan Yellowjackets basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Melbourne Bearkatz to 50 in the Yellowjackets non-league triumph on Friday.
The Yellowjackets now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valley Springs for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 18. Sheridan will meet a Tigers team coming off a 54-42 non-league win over Cotter (Cotter, AR). The Tigers record now stands at 5-3.
The Bearkatz (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Nettleton (Jonesboro, AR). The Raiders enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Nettleton nudged Bryant (Bryant, AR), 58-52, in a non-league contest.
