California High School Basketball - Golden Valley overwhelms Vasquez
November 17, 2023: Acton, CA 93510 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Golden Valley Grizzlies (Santa Clarita, CA) and the host Vasquez Mustangs (Acton, CA), saw Golden Valley's basketball squad wallop Vasquez by a tally of 47-7.
With the victory, Golden Valley improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Grizzlies host Del Sol (Oxnard, CA) to confront the Jaguars in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, November 21. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Del Sol lost 30-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Newbury Park (Newbury Park, CA)
Next up, the Mustangs confront the Faith Baptist Contenders (Canoga Park, CA) in a challenge, on Friday, December 1. Vasquez will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
