North Carolina High School Basketball - Oxford Prep ripped by J.F. Webb
November 17, 2023: Oxford, NC 27565 The J.F. Webb Warriors basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Oxford Prep Griffins to 25 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Friday.
The Warriors now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Person for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 21. J.F. Webb will battle a Rockets team coming off a 60-54 non-league loss to Riverside-Durham (Durham, NC). The Rockets record now stands at 0-1.
The Griffins (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Falls Lake (Creedmoor, NC). The Firebirds enter the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Falls Lake was routed by Voyager (Durham, NC), 71-49, in a non-league contest.
