Pinole Valley Spartans (Pinole, CA) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Vallejo Redhawks (Vallejo, CA), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Spartans face the San Lorenzo Grizzlies (San Lorenzo, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 28. Pinole Valley will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Grizzlies enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Kennedy (Fremont, CA).

The Redhawks now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Novato for a non-league challenge on Monday, November 20.
