November 17, 2023: New Laguna, NM 87007 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Cloudcroft Bears (Cloudcroft, NM) and the host Laguna Acoma Hawks (New Laguna, NM), saw Cloudcroft's volleyball squad beat Laguna Acoma by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Cloudcroft upgrades its record to 24-0 on the year. The Bears travel to Tularosa (Tularosa, NM) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 18. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 18-8. Tularosa won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Hagerman (Hagerman, NM)
The Hawks now own a 19-7 record. They play next when they travel to Menaul for a non-league bout on Friday, November 17. Laguna Acoma will play a Panthers squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Texico (Texico, NM). The Panthers record now stands at 15-8.
