Virginia High School Basketball - Grove Christian School trounced by Veritas School
November 17, 2025: Richmond, VA 23229 Veritas School Lions (Richmond, VA) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Grove Christian School Falcons (Richmond, VA), 86-47 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Veritas School advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Lions travel to Steward (Richmond, VA) to battle the Spartans in a non-league contest on Wednesday, November 19. The Spartans go into the contest with a record of 1-0. Steward won 71-62 in their recent non-league contest against Christchurch School (Christchurch, VA)
In their next game, the Falcons battle the St. Michael the Archangel Warriors (Fredericksburg, VA) in a Virginia Metro contest, on Tuesday, November 18. Grove Christian School will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
