In Monday's non-league match, the host University Wildcats basketball squad scored a decisive 69-24 victory over the Mendez Jaguars.

With the victory, University upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Santa Monica (Santa Monica, CA) to face the Vikings in a non-league match on Wednesday, November 19. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 1-0. Santa Monica won 77-31 in their recent non-league contest against Los Angeles (Los Angeles, CA)
