In Thursday's non-league outing, the Allen Eagles (Allen, TX) basketball squad felled the host Katy Taylor Mustangs (Katy, TX), by a margin of 61-43.

The Eagles (4-1) will now prepare for their outing against Summer Creek (Houston, TX). The Bulldogs go into the non-league outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Summer Creek was beaten by Oak Cliff Faith Family Academy (Dallas, TX), 78-59, in a non-league outing.

The Mustangs now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Fort Bend Bush for a non-league outing on Friday, November 19. Katy Taylor will clash with a Broncos squad coming off a 80-55 non-league loss to Richardson (Richardson, TX). The Broncos record now stands at 1-3.
