Texas High School Basketball - Horn trounces Venus
November 18, 2022: Venus, TX 76084 The Horn Jaguars (Mesquite, TX) basketball crushed the host Venus Bulldogs (Venus, TX), 77-41 in Friday's non-league test.
The Jaguars (4-2) will now prepare for their test against McKinney (McKinney, TX). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, McKinney walloped North Central Texas Academy (Granbury, TX), 56-29, in a non-league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Oklahoma City Storm for a non-league test on Friday, November 18. Venus will encounter a Storm squad coming off a 60-59 non-league loss to Ryan (Denton, TX). The Storm record now stands at 2-1.
