Texas High School Basketball - Marble Falls overwhelmed by Waco
November 18, 2022: Waco, TX 76710 The Waco Lions basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the visiting Marble Falls Mustangs to 27 in the Lions non-league victory on Friday.
The Lions now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Crowley for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 22. Waco will battle a Eagles team coming off a 60-56 non-league loss to Sam Houston (Arlington, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 4-2.
The Mustangs (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Vandegrift (Austin, TX). The Vipers come into the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Vandegrift triumphed over Cedar Park (Cedar Park, TX), 49-36, in a non-league contest.
