Texas High School Basketball - Aledo crushes Ponder
November 18, 2022: Ponder, TX 76259 Aledo Bearcats (Aledo, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Ponder Lions (Ponder, TX), 64-29 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Aledo upgrades its record to 2-5 on the campaign. The Bearcats travel to Whitehouse (Whitehouse, TX) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 19. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 1-3. Whitehouse lost 35-19 in their recent non-league bout against Stephenville (Stephenville, TX)
Next up, the Lions play the Gainesville Leopards (Gainesville, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, November 26. Ponder will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
