November 18, 2023: Mt. Airy, GA 30563 The Habersham Central Raiders basketball team (Mt. Airy, GA), was overwhelmed 72-41 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Chattahoochee Cougars (Alpharetta, GA)
The Cougars now possess a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Discovery for a non-league battle on Tuesday, November 28. Chattahoochee will confront a Titans team coming off a 60-49 non-league loss to Brookwood (Snellville, GA). The Titans record now stands at 2-2.
The Raiders (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against Union County (Blairsville, GA). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Union County was overwhelmed by Putnam County (Eatonton, GA), 73-70, in a non-league battle.
