The Vela Sabercats topped the visiting Eastlake Falcons basketball team by a final score of 68-48 in Saturday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Sabercats face the United Longhorns (Laredo, TX) in a non-league game, on Monday, November 20. Vela will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Longhorns enter the game with a 2-3 record after their 59-53 non-league loss to Stratford (Houston, TX).
