In Saturday's non-league outing, the Valiant Cross Academy Warriors (Montgomery, AL) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Edgewood Academy Wildcats (Elmore, AL), by a margin of 56-33.

The Warriors (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Trinity Christian (Opelika, AL). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, Trinity Christian was trounced by Bessemer Academy (Bessemer, AL), 65-38, in a non-league outing.
