Mission Eagles (Mission, TX) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Harlingen South Hawks (Harlingen, TX), 53-12 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Mission upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Eagles host Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Memorial (Alamo, TX) to play the Wolverines in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 2. The Wolverines come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Hawks play the Harlingen Cardinals (Harlingen, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 28. Harlingen South will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
