Louisiana High School Basketball - Mansfield overwhelmed by LaGrange
November 18, 2023: Mansfield, LA 71052 The LaGrange Gators basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the host Mansfield Wolverines to 19 in the Gators non-league victory on Saturday.
The Gators now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Opelousas for a non-league contest on Monday, November 20. LaGrange will battle a Tigers team coming off a 58-45 non-league win over Ville Platte (Ville Platte, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 3-0.
The Wolverines (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Ruston (Ruston, LA). The Bearcats come into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Ruston was routed by Haughton (Haughton, LA), 46-26, in a non-league contest.
