Texas High School Basketball - Angleton can't hold off Ridge Point

Ridge Point Panthers (Missouri City, TX) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Angleton Wildcats (Angleton, TX), 77-70 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Ridge Point advances its record to 2-0 on the year. The Panthers travel to Langham Creek (Houston, TX) to battle the Lobos in a non-league contest on Friday, November 21. The Lobos go into the contest with a record of 2-0. Langham Creek won 62-47 in their recent non-league contest against Westfield (Houston, TX)

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs (Sugar Land, TX) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, November 20. Angleton will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 1-1 record after their 55-49 non-league loss to Morton Ranch (Katy, TX).
