New Jerusalem Christian Academy Eagles (Seffner, FL) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Families Instructing Students HomeSchool Hawks (Brandon, FL), 44-37 in a non-league match.

With the victory, New Jerusalem Christian Academy advances its record to 5-0 on the year. The Eagles host Grace Christian (Valrico, FL) to face the Patriots in a Florida Christian - Western match on Thursday, November 20. The Patriots enter the match with a record of 1-0. Grace Christian won 42-30 in their recent league match against Community Christian (Bradenton, FL)

In their next game, the Hawks battle the Winter Haven Christian Warriors (Winter Haven, FL) in a Mid-Florida contest, on Thursday, November 20. Families Instructing Students HomeSchool will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Warriors go into the contest with a 1-0 record after their 61-54 league win over Champions Christian Academy (Davenport, FL).
